Voters Approve Lansing Community Library Tax Levy Increase & Elect Three Trustees
The Lansing Community Library’s (LCL) 2022 budget will be increased by $12,700 and three Trustees were elected for three-year terms, beginning June 1, 2021 based on the outcome of the April 27, 2021 vote.
The tax levy increase was approved 77 to 0. Trustee Christine Eisenhut was re-elected for a second term. Also elected were Christian Shaffmaster, who served as an appointed Trustee since July 2020 to fill a Board vacancy, and new Trustee Stephen Patrician.
