We are excited to reintroduce hoopla, a digital media service, to our library community.

What is hoopla?

hoopla allows library patrons to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, eBooks, comics, and TV shows to enjoy on their computer, tablet, phone, or even TV. Using a library card, patrons can download or stream media content. Features include:

  • No Waiting: Unlike some other digital library services, hoopla provides immediate access to titles without waiting lists, meaning users can borrow any title they wish right away.
  • Mobile and Online Access: Users can stream content online or download it for offline viewing through hoopla’s mobile app.
  • Cross-Device Syncing: If you begin watching a movie or listening to an audiobook on one device, you can pick it up on another without losing your place.
  • Automatic Returns: Borrowed titles are automatically returned when the lending period is over.
