Yen Ospina is a Colombian-American, self-taught artist working in both traditional and digital media. Inspired by folklore, cultural narratives, and personal reflection, her artwork combines vibrant earth tones with elements of introspection and storytelling.
Beyond her work as an artist, Yen is the founder of Orozco Gallery, a nomadic gallery space dedicated to uplifting BIPOC and queer artists and providing opportunities for emerging talent. She also serves as President of the Latino Civic Association of Tompkins County, where she organizes events that celebrate and support the Hispanic and Latine community.
Since embracing full-time artistry in 2022, Yen has continued to explore the connections between culture, creativity, and personal experience through her work.
