Join us for We Are One, an inspiring presentation exploring the vibrant culture, traditions, and everyday life of Togo, West Africa. Through personal stories and photographs, Lansing native and current Peace Corps volunteer Sofia Segal will take you on a journey through the country she’s called home — sharing insights into its language, food, history, and community.
Sofia currently serves in Togo, where she works in sustainable agriculture education and youth development. Come hear firsthand what it’s like to build meaningful connections across cultures, and gain a deeper understanding of the Peace Corps and the impact of service abroad.
