Lansing Community Library Cards

Getting a Lansing Community Library library card is free and easy to do. Your card allows you to borrow materials from the Lansing Community Library and any of the Finger Lakes Library System’s 33 member libraries. To apply, simply come to the library and fill out the form available at the circulation desk or apply online

If you complete the online application, we will email your library card number to you. The next time you visit the library, we will give you your card.

You can borrow up to 50 items per card. Most items have a loan period of three weeks; DVDs can be borrowed for one week. As a convenience, our system will automatically renew one time any item that is not being held for another patron. There is an outside book return located to the left of the stairs that you may use when the library is closed.

All Lansing Community Library items can be returned to any of the Finger Lakes Library System’s 33 member libraries.
