Weekly Storytime is BACK!
Join Miss Shelley, our new Children’s Librarian, on Thursday, October 20th at 10:30am.
There will be stories, songs, music, crafts, and FUN!
Here is a bit of a sneak preview of what Miss Shelley has planned for the next couple of weeks:
Oct. 20 – “Apples!” We will read apple-themed books, sing songs from our apple song packet,
count and put laminated apples on our apple tree as a group, and finish with both an apple craft
and apple life cycle cut-and-paste worksheet that may be worked on
at the library or taken home (depending on caregivers’ comfort level).
Oct. 27- “Monsters!” We will read some entertaining books about some not-so-scary-monsters,
play freeze dance to the “Monster Mash” song, and make our own
unique monster face crafts (available as both take home or in person table craft options).
